Любая диета — это настоящее испытание для вашего организма. И чтобы справиться с этим испытанием, получить желаемый результат и не навредить при этом своему здоровью нужно серьезно подойти к выбору диеты, узнать ее минусы и прислушаться к своим собственным ощущениям.

Внимательно выбираем диету: организм каждого человека имеет свои особенности, и одна и та же диета для кого-то может дать прекрасные результаты, а кому-то оказаться бесполезной, а то и навредить.

Нельзя садиться на диету: беременным и кормящим женщинам, детям и подросткам, особенно в период полового созревания.

К диете надо хорошо подготовиться. На момент начала диеты вы должны быть здоровы, должны быть серьезно настроены похудеть и готовы работать над собой.

Правила эффективной и безопасной диеты:

Если во время диеты у вас заметно ухудшилось самочувствие, не говоря уж об обострении каких-либо заболеваний, немедленно прекратите применение этой диеты. Здоровья потом не купишь.
Ни в коем случае не сидите на диете чаще или дольше, чем это рекомендовано.

Чтобы диета была эффективной и безопасной следуем простым правилам:

  • Разгрузочная диета должна содержать минимум жира и углеводов, т.к. пока организм не сожжет эти факторы пищи, он не примется за собственный жир.
  • Диета должна обеспечивать состояние энергетического дефицита (преобладание расходуемых калорий над потребляемыми), т.к. пока энергии, поступающей с пищей, достаточно для покрытия всех дневных энергозатрат, организм не примется за окисление внутреннего запаса энергии, то есть жира.
  • Для эффективного похудения надо не только сократить поступление калорий извне, но и заставить организм более активно сжигать накопленные жировые запасы. Занимайтесь спортом, любым, какой вам нравиться, можно даже просто ходить побольше пешком.
  • Диета должна содержать достаточное количество белка, т.к. в условиях полного или частичного дефицита белка организм немедленно принимается за собственные ткани — мышцы, печень, иммунные клетки.
  • Диета должна содержать достаточное количество витаминов и микроэлементов, принимайте их дополнительно.
  • Диета должна содержать достаточное количество пищевых волокон, т.к. при их дефиците возникают нарушения работы кишечника.
  • Диета должна хотя бы относительно легко вами переноситься, т.к. снижение веса — занятие порой длительное и нет никакого смысла, если вы путем неимоверных усилий сбросите несколько килограммов, а дальше не выдержит и наберет их обратно, а то и еще больше.
  • Очень важно правильно выходить из диеты. Диета должна включать в себя навыки, которые в дальнейшем помогут вам удержать полученный результат, т.к. если после снижения веса не предпринимать усилий по поддержанию полученного результата, все с таким трудом сброшенные килограммы вернутся, и очень быстро, на свои места.
  • Важно принять за жизненную основу систему правильного и здорового питания. Это не только поможет сохранить фигуру, но и сделает вас более здоровой и красивой.
