Руки больше других частей тела подвергаются воздействию внешних условий холода, влиянию солнечных лучей, обветриванию, загрязнению. Кроме того, на кожу рук отрицательно действуют моющие средства, которые ощелачивают и разрушают кожный покров. Для того чтобы сохранить руки красивыми, следует выполнять несложные рекомендации по уходу за руками.

Повседневный уход за кожей рук:

  • Используйте только мягкие (как правило, жидкие) очистители для мытья рук, откажитесь от твердого мыла.
  • После мытья рук, сразу же протрите их полотенцем и смажьте руки кремом.
  • Обязательно защищайте руки при мытье посуды и стирке, все химические реагенты неизбежно портят кожу рук.
  • При мытье посуды используйте резиновые перчатки (желательно с хлопчатобумажной подкладкой), при работе в саду — плотными рукавицами. Чтобы не было мозолей, потертостей, присыпьте ладони тальком и потом наденьте перчатки.
  • После мытья рук можно ополоснуть их водой, подкисленной уксусом (1 столовая ложка на 1 л воды), или раствором лимонной кислоты (1 чайная ложка на 1 л воды), или же слабым раствором перманганата калия. Эти добавки восстанавливают кислую реакцию поверхности кожи, ее защитные свойства, способность противостоять проникновению микробов.
  • Перед выходом на улицу нанесите на руки крем с SPF- фактором не менее 15 для защиты кожи рук от воздействия солнечных лучей. Это предотвратит кожу рук от преждевременного старения. Можно использовать масло для загара. Руки станут гладкими, сияющими  и защищенными от солнца.
  • В холодное время года обязательно носите теплые перчатки, чтобы защитить руки от резкого охлаждения и действия низких температур.
  • Излишне сухой воздух оказывает негативное воздействие на кожу в целом и кожу рук в частности. Советуем купить увлажнитель воздуха, который очень полезен для кожи.

Раз в неделю:

  • Проводите 1—2 раза в неделю следующую процедуру: смажьте руки кремом и наденьте на ночь хлопчатобумажные перчатки. Это смягчит кожу рук. Ту же процедуру проводите с ногами.
  • Крем в кожу рук втирают вначале от кончиков пальцев к их основанию, а затем по тыльной стороне ладони к запястью.
  • Делайте 1—2 раза в неделю массаж рук с питательным кремом. Лучше всего это делать перед сном.
  • Делайте ванночки из подогретого растительного масла, погрузив в него кисти рук на 30 мин. Такие ванночки полезны и для ногтей.
